David Bull - Managing Director
Over the past 30 years David has worked in private equity finance roles; an initial 6 years as the inaugural Controller in the AMP Private Investments Business Unit in Sydney was followed by 7 years as Director of Finance at Henderson Private Capital in London between 1999 and 2006 and for the past 17 years he has been Chief Financial Officer of Archer Capital.
David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, the UKSIP Investment Management Certificate and is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Doug Ritchie - Head of Fund Operations
Doug has over 25 years experience in Australian fund operations. Most recently Doug was Head of Fund Operations at Archer Capital between 2011 and 2019. Prior to Archer, Doug spent seventeen years with AMP Capital where his responsibilities extended to Financial Controller and Operations Manager for the Private Equity and Infrastructure division; Head of Fund Accounting across all asset classes, and Head of Product Technical.
Doug is a Certified Practising Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma of Investment and Applied Finance.
